Judicial activism can be considered as the judicial rulings that can be suspected to be based completely on the political and the personal consideration without concerning the current law of the nation (Stone 2012). On the other hand, the judicial activism suggests when the court cannot keep the interpretation of the laws to themselves and they have to create the law. Some critics have stated that the judicial activism cannot limit the ruling power of the Supreme Court.
